If you encounter damages, payment disputes, or concerns about service quality, our team is available to assist. Provide documentation (photos/videos, receipts, messages, scope of work, and timeline) for a fair, prompt review.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay a provider outside the platform?
No. For your protection, all payments must stay on Handy Banjo. Off-platform payments are not covered by our Promise or dispute process.
How are IDs and licenses verified?
We use a combination of secure ID checks and document reviews. Trade credentials and business registrations are validated when applicable.
What evidence helps resolve disputes faster?
Clear scope of work, milestone notes, time-stamped photos/videos, receipts, and the job chat history are most helpful.
