Credit Partner (Capital Acquisition Lead)

Lead Handy Banjo’s credit and funding strategy by securing loan facilities, credit lines, and strategic lending partnerships. Build the capital backbone that fuels our BNPL and net-terms programs, enabling growth for our customers, Pros, and the business.
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and secure credit lines, loan facilities, and funding partnerships with banks, fintechs, and private lenders.
- Underwrite and structure BNPL/net-terms programs tailored to SMBs and in-person service professionals.
- Develop and enforce risk frameworks, KPIs, and approval processes for all credit operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align credit strategy with company growth targets and funding cycles.
- Monitor portfolio performance, capital utilization, and lender relationships, making proactive adjustments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lending partnerships, credit underwriting, or capital sourcing.
- Proven track record in raising institutional credit lines or structured loan facilities.
- Deep network of lender and funding relationships across banks, fintechs, and private credit markets.
- Experience with SMB or consumer financing (BNPL/net-terms) in a growth-stage environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
Sales Coordinator (Enterprise Growth)

Fuel Handy Banjo’s enterprise growth by qualifying high-value leads, coordinating enterprise demos, and ensuring a smooth sales process that accelerates contract wins.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and route inbound and outbound enterprise leads; book discovery calls and demos with decision-makers.
- Coordinate proposal preparation, RFP responses, and follow-ups to advance enterprise deals.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, meeting notes, and pipeline updates for enterprise prospects.
- Build tailored decks, proposals, and one-pagers that align with enterprise client needs.
- Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Marketing, Success, and Ops to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Track progress against enterprise sales targets and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, Sales Ops, or enterprise sales support.
- Proven experience supporting or closing large contracts with SMBs or enterprise clients.
- Exceptional organization, written communication, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic presentation design.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
